Learning, Leadership & Wellbeing
Let me help you rediscover the power of your own curiosity…
For the past two decades I have been working at the leading edge of learning for wellbeing, belonging, and growth.
This includes my pioneering approaches; the 4Ps Framework for Health, Safety & Wellbeing, and the MaPS Academy for whole-organisation culture change in health and wellbeing. I have led the implementation of these approaches in a number of high profile, global companies and organisations.
This is complimented by my packages in personal and relational (soft) skills development, resilience, and leadership.
I work with organisations of all sizes, as well as with individuals and community groups, to create and deliver learning and development programmes that equip and empower people to become better at being them; in their work, their relationships and in the wider world.

Whether you are a start-up or SME early in your L&D, Wellbeing, and Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging journey, or a large organisation looking for a review and refresh, I can help you to design an integrated strategy and menu of programmes tailored especially to your people and your business.
